It had been a couple of years since I last stayed at a resort, and it happened to be with the same girls I traveled to Jamaica with! As the temperatures started to drop in NYC, three of my best friends and I started to plan our mid-winter escape to somewhere tropical. Hotel on the Beach in Positano: Covo Dei Saraceni
In Positano, almost all the accommodations are situated on top or in the middle of the hill where you are constantly climbing up and down stairs. We chose to stay at the beautiful beach front hotel, Cavo Dei Saraceni. As beach vacationers, we couldn’t be happier with the hotel as it has the most gorgeous view of the town, a pool and inches away from the beach.

Favorite Hotel in Mykonos, Tropicana Mykonos
If you are traveling to Mykonos and want an affordable, great experience at a hotel, I always recommend everyone to book the Tropicana Hotel. During 2020, the hotel and beach went through a major transformation as they renovated the hotel, constructed new suites and villas as well as updated the beach bar experience! The Tropicana has taken over much of the mountain and the beautiful Paradise Beach. Every summer you can find me and my family staying at Tropicana for its location, customer service, beach, and of course being only steps away from the biggest beach party and club on the island.
